In July 2019, Stratech Properties officially unveiled Stratech Home Ownership Plan (SHOP), its 1,000,000 housing units program, aimed at empowering Nigerians across various income levels to own their own property by effectively planning towards it over a period of one to thirty years. SHOP is the most audacious housing ownership scheme ever conceived and established in Sub-Saharan Africa. The scheme, worth over an estimated N7.5 trillion as at December 31, 2019, is led by Stratech Properties Limited, working with its growing consortium of project partners in Nigeria, Africa and the rest of the world.
