Engr. Gbenga Obasa

Engr. Gbenga Adetilola Stephen Obasa is the General Manager Operations at Stratech Properties Limited and also the founder of Adecrown Consult Limited.

He studied Civil Engineering in Rufus Giwa Polytechnic formally Ondo State Polytechnic Owo, Ondo State.

He is also a trained Electrical Technician with hands on knowledge on field work and has been effectively active in this industry for more than Twenty (20) years.

He has worked with seasoned construction companies to mention but a few such as Reynold Construction Company (RCC), Logiano, Jospal Builders etc.

Being trained as an Electrical Installation Technician, at Reynold Construction company; he led the electrical team for most of the foremost construction work within and abroad Nigeria.

One of the tasks that was most striking for him was the renovation of the Aminu Kano Airport in Kano State (1999 – 2000).

He was also a member of the Nine (9) man team that constructed the second concrete ring batching plant with RCC in Setraco after SCC plant in Abuja. (2004).

After his exit in the construction companies he had a brief experience with Power Holding Company of Nigeria (PHCN) at the Garki Sub-station Three (3) Garki II Abuja FCT. 2007 – 2009.

In 2009 after he left PHCN, he took up a managerial role in Stratech Properties limited which runs the management of National Council of Women Societies (NCWS) Nigeria Headquarters’ building in Abuja FCT.

He is an Associate member of Society of Project Management Professionals International.

Member of Chartered Institute of Public Diplomacy and Management (CIPDM)

He is married with two Children.
