This comprehensive housing initiative draws on the collective strength of critical stakeholders: Stratech Properties Limited (the visioner and driver of the product), real estate developers, mortgage banks and other housing financiers, leading employers, cooperative societies, international housing development agencies, housing agencies of the Federal Government of Nigeria, housing agencies and corporations of the FCT and the 36 states of the country, and other interested (and duly qualified) organizations.
Stratech Properties deploys its resources and the vast resources of the various stakeholders to make available finished homes, semi-completed homes, carcass, and landed properties to its target 1,000,000 beneficiaries. Our company engages banks to facilitate the funding for SHOP. We simplify and take advantage of the available National Housing Fund (NHF), a program of Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria (FMBN), to deliver homes to customers registered with SHOP.
The typical beneficiary of SHOP earns a minimum of N50,000 per month in gross remuneration.
