About Stratech Properties
An Abuja real estate company, incorporated in 2009, helping Nigerians at home and abroad own property on terms they can keep up with.
Stratech Properties Limited is an Abuja real estate company incorporated on 22 June 2009. We work across estate management, estate development, property brokerage and agency, real estate investment and consulting, helping families and investors own property in the Federal Capital Territory without needing the full purchase price upfront.
The Stratech Home Ownership Plan
In July 2019 we unveiled the Stratech Home Ownership Plan, known as SHOP, a programme to deliver 1,000,000 housing units to Nigerians at home and abroad. Subscribers spread payment over anything from one year to thirty, so ownership is reachable on a normal income. As at 31 December 2019 the scheme was valued at ₦7.5 trillion.
Our work is backed by engineering, construction and finance partners, and delivered for individual buyers as well as staff associations and cooperatives who come to us as a group.
